Services
What you can buy.
Three products and a retainer. Fixed prices, written before anything starts. You buy the outcome, not the hours.
Discovery Sprint
CAD $2,500–3,500. One to two weeks. The cheapest way to find out what to build, and whether to build it at all.
- We map how the work runs today: spreadsheets, chats, the half-broken tool
- A stack recommendation and a ticket backlog you can hand to anyone
- A written estimate for the build, and a go/no-go
- Half the sprint price is credited to a build started within 30 days

Ops Portal Build
CAD $12,000–35,000. One place for the office and its clients to run quotes, jobs, documents and logins. Built around your process, deployed on accounts you own, handed over with documentation.
- Quotes, jobs, documents and roles, shaped around your process
- Client logins so the phone rings less
- Deployed on accounts you own, with documentation
- The reference shape comes from a live client portal, not a template
Field / Driver App
CAD $15,000–40,000. A phone app for drivers, technicians and crews. Jobs, routes, punch-in and status, from the phone, synced to the office.
- Login, jobs or routes, punch and status from the phone
- iOS and Android from one codebase
- Bilingual FR/EN screens when the team needs both
- Built on the portal you already have, or one we build together

Retainer
CAD $2,000–5,000 a month. Only after a build has shipped. Capped hours, so the number on the invoice is the number you expected.
- Bug fixes and small features from a shared ticket list
- Updates, backups and monitoring
- Bilingual content fixes
- Cancel any month

Questions we hear a lot.
If yours isn’t here, email. You’ll get an answer within a business day.
How much does it cost?
A Discovery Sprint is CAD $2,500–3,500. A portal build is typically CAD $12,000–35,000, a field or driver app CAD $15,000–40,000, a retainer CAD $2,000–5,000 a month. Every number is written down before work starts.
How do payments work?
40% at kickoff, 40% mid-build, 20% at go-live. Sprints under $5,000 are 50/50. Invoices in CAD; USD works at the spot rate plus a small buffer.
How long does it take?
A sprint takes one to two weeks. A portal or app usually ships six to twelve weeks after kickoff. There is one active build at a time, so the date we give you is the date we mean.
Who will I actually be working with?
The founder. You work directly with the person who writes the code, from the first call to handoff.
Do you come on site?
No. Everything is remote: calls, screen-shares and the tools your team already uses. Calls are scheduled on your morning, Eastern time. If a project genuinely needs someone in the room, we’ll say so and point you to a partner.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Everything you’re paying for is yours: the source in a repo you control, deployed on accounts in your name, with a runbook that doesn’t assume Adventiga is around.
What if you go away mid-build?
Payments follow milestones you approve. If work stops for any reason, you keep everything delivered and owe nothing further.
Ready to talk?
A 30-minute call, on your morning. We’ll say if we’re the right fit — and if we’re not, who is.
