Pricing

Say the price. So we do.

A sprint, then a fixed price for the build. Invoiced in CAD. You buy the outcome, not the hours.

Prices, stated plainly.

Every build gets a fixed price after the Discovery Sprint. These are the ranges the three products land in.

Discovery Sprint

CAD $2,500–3,500

One to two weeks. Scope, stack recommendation, ticket backlog, go/no-go.

  • Written plan and estimate
  • 50% credited to a build started within 30 days
  • Paid 50/50
  • Yours to keep, even if you stop here

Ops Portal Build

CAD $12,000–35,000

Django portal: auth, roles, your core workflows, deploy and handoff.

  • Fixed scope from the sprint backlog
  • Weekly demos
  • 40% kickoff, 40% mid-build, 20% go-live
  • You own the code and the accounts

Field / Driver App

CAD $15,000–40,000

Expo app on the portal’s API. Login, jobs or routes, punch and status.

  • iOS and Android from one codebase
  • Bilingual FR/EN if needed
  • 40% kickoff, 40% mid-build, 20% go-live
  • Works with the portal you already have

Prices in Canadian dollars, before tax. USD invoices at the spot rate plus a small buffer. A retainer (CAD $2,000–5,000 a month, capped hours) is available once a build has shipped.

How you pay.

Milestones, not timesheets. Hours stay internal for estimating.

Questions we hear a lot.

If yours isn’t here, email. You’ll get an answer within a business day.

How much does it cost?

A Discovery Sprint is CAD $2,500–3,500. A portal build is typically CAD $12,000–35,000, a field or driver app CAD $15,000–40,000, a retainer CAD $2,000–5,000 a month. Every number is written down before work starts.

How do payments work?

40% at kickoff, 40% mid-build, 20% at go-live. Sprints under $5,000 are 50/50. Invoices in CAD; USD works at the spot rate plus a small buffer.

How long does it take?

A sprint takes one to two weeks. A portal or app usually ships six to twelve weeks after kickoff. There is one active build at a time, so the date we give you is the date we mean.

Who will I actually be working with?

The founder. Adventiga is a delivery label, not a 40-person agency. The person on your first call is the person who writes the code.

Do you come on site?

No. Everything is remote: calls, screen-shares and the tools your team already uses. Tokyo evenings line up with Eastern and Central mornings. If a project genuinely needs someone in the room, we’ll say so and point you to a partner.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Everything we build for you is yours, including the source and the accounts it runs on.

Ready to talk?

A 15-minute call, on your morning. We’ll say if we’re the right fit — and if we’re not, who is.
