Process
How a project runs.
Sprint first, then a fixed-scope build, then an optional retainer. Here is exactly what happens, and when you pay.
1
Discovery
A call and a site visit. We learn how you actually work before we suggest anything.
2
Design
Screens you can react to before a line of code is written. Change your mind for free here.
3
Build
Weekly demos. You see progress, not promises. The same engineer is on the project from start to finish.
4
Launch & support
We ship, train your team, and stay on the phone. Support is priced up front too.
1
Discovery Sprint
1–2 weeks · CAD $2,500–3,500
What happens
- A call, then screen-shares of how the work runs today
- We talk to the people who will use the software
- We map the process and pick the stack
- We write the ticket backlog and a go/no-go
What you get
- A written plan: findings, backlog, estimate, dates
- Half the sprint price credited to a build within 30 days
- Yours to keep, even if you stop here
2
Build
6–12 weeks · 40% at kickoff
What happens
- Portal or app built from the backlog, in order
- Weekly demo of working software
- Anything new becomes a change order you approve first
- Your data migrated and checked with you
What you get
- Progress you can see every week
- A staging site to try things early
- Mid-build invoice for the next 40% when the core works
3
Go-live & handoff
20% at go-live
What happens
- Deployed on accounts you own
- Remote training for your team, recorded
- Documentation and access handed over
- Two weeks of fixes included
What you get
- The code, the accounts and the docs
- A phone app in the stores, if we built one
- No surprises on the last invoice
4
Retainer
Optional · CAD $2,000–5,000 / month
What happens
- Bug fixes and small features from a shared list
- Uptime, updates and backups
- Bilingual content fixes
- Capped hours, cancel any month
What you get
- Someone who knows the system by heart
- A number on the invoice you expected
- A queue for the next build, if there is one
How we work.
Three things that are true about working with a one-person studio, said plainly.
We work on your morning
Montreal-born, Tokyo-based. Evenings in Tokyo are mornings in Montreal, Toronto and New York, so calls and demos land in your working day.
We say the price
A sprint, then a fixed-price build from a written backlog. Anything new is a change order you approve first.
One build at a time
Adventiga runs in a fixed weekly block, not as a 40-person agency. One active build means yours is the one being worked on.
Ready to talk?
A 15-minute call, on your morning. We’ll say if we’re the right fit — and if we’re not, who is.
